SUCCESS ATTITUDE # 4 - I WILL VALUE THE TRUST GIVEN TO ME

Trust is the foundation of all relationships. It is the basis of respect, why people follow you as a leader, and how we gain more success in personal and professional life. Having a high level of trust from your company is more important than compensation. Being trusted by your family means everything to you. Because trust is power, unfortunately some people abuse this power given to them. They choose a path where they continue to struggle and never achieve happiness because they continue to break people's trust. 

Trust is like respect, it can only be given or earned. If we commit to a lifetime attitude of taking care of the people's trust, opportunities for success will never end. You build more happiness with your family, you can take higher responsibilities in your company, close more sales, and live a great life.

For the past 20 years of my corporate life, I have seen how companies became great and why others are gone. What makes employees grow and why others leave their high paying jobs. I would like to share the 3 levels of working relationship: 

1. Trust - The basic reason why people stay despite many challenges. You excel because they trust you. Believe me, it’s not just about compensation but being valued by the company. 

2. Commitment - A deeper level of engagement where they go beyond great lengths to achieve organizational objectives. They perform together as a team despite differences to achieve a common goal. 

3. Loyalty - Considered as the highest level because your working relationship is like a family, that you are willing to do whatever it takes for the organization to succeed and never leave them behind. But only very few achieve this because it depends on the level of working relationship you have with your CEO, immediate superior or co-workers. 

You always have a choice.
